I have a long list of wedding related posts I’m working through right now for this blog.
Well, I was doing that, until yesterday. Yesterday I crashed my computer and lost my list of wedding blog posts which makes me a bit sad! I’m trying to recreate it but since I’m halfway through writing everything I know I’m forgetting some of the posts I’d planned to save until last.
So maybe you guys could help me? What would you like to read about? Any questions or things you want to know from the wedding? I’ve had a couple requests that I’ve added to the list so far but would love to have more.
Here’s a bit of what is still upcoming for the blog:
- Vendor Reviews (we worked with some awesome people in Memphis)
- DIY Tutorials (these are time intensive to create but I will do them soon!)
- Anything you request!

I just discovered your blog and I’m loving it! I’m getting married in March 2013 with a $5,000 budget, so any tips on budgeting would be great. Also, how to deal with family/friends who just don’t have the same style as you. We might be running into this problem and our reception. I know you can’t please everyone, but we know some very vocal people! I hope these topics aren’t too broad… :)
Please write something about diying your own music and flowers.
You could do a post on how to pick a venue. Venue’s can get pretty expensive, or it can be free (backyard). But price isn’t everything. I mean, you can do a wedding by the sea, in a chapel, at a park, in a backyard, etc. But what should you choose? I think that would be a great post :D
